general knowledge about diesel motors

OK so when it comes to diesels there is the popular ones which are the Duramax diesel of the GM vehicle, the Cummins diesel in the Dodge, and the Powerstroke diesel of the Ford. GM has had other motors other than the duramax 6.6 liter which started production in 2001and had different variations but was still the 6.6, they have also had the 6.5 turbo diesel made by GM as well as the 6.2 diesel. Dodge however has had the Cummins since it started having diesels and there has been different variations in their motors as well. Ford has had many diesel motors including the 6.9 International, the 7.3 indirect injection (idi) International, the 7.3 International turbo diesel, the 7.3 Powerstroke turbo diesel, which was considered the best diesel Ford has ever had, the 6.0 turbo diesel, which was considered the most problematic Powerstroke, the 6.4 Powerstroke turbo diesel, and currently the 6.7 Powerstroke turbo diesel. For the most part I know more about the Duramax because I prefer Chevy and especially a diesel one. I find it interesting to learn about motors and think that diesels are awesome because some friends and relatives of mine own diesels that they have modded a lot making them bad ass trucks. 

Positives and Negatives of Pickup Trucks

OK, so this a blog about opinions of pickups trucks both new and old. This means the positives and the negatives of the designs and the motors. The three major companies being GM, Ford, and Dodge. In my opinion GM makes better vehicles however all vehicles have their weak points. I own a Chevy and so do my brothers so that being said that's one reason in which i prefer GM vehicles. I like to learn about the different things to do with trucks and what is and what isn't a good vehicle or motor. With this blog i hope to learn more about and share some knowledge about trucks and their good and bad sides.
